Important Information about Recertification and Transition to the CPC Program

Due to recertify in 2016 and confused about the requirements?
Online application for the 2016-2020 cycle will begin March 1, 2016.

If you are due to recertify in 2016, you will recertify under the recertification criteria currently in effect. You will need to:
  • Document substantial practice
  • Document your RN/APRN licensure
  • Have earned 40 CE credits
Individuals who successfully recertify will be granted recertification through July 31, 2020, and will be entered into the Continued Professional Recertification (CPC) Program.

Questions? Answers to many common questions can be found in the Recertification Resources and FAQs on this website, or you can email recertification@nbcrna.com, or call (855) 285-4658.
